    We (consignee) being entitled to take delivery under Way bill hereby certify that company (CHA) are acting as agents for and on behalf of ourselves, and that company (CHA) therefore are entitled to take delivery under above mentioned Way Bill.

    Release to company (CHA) shall constitute delivery,as if the goods were released to ourselves, and we hereby renounce our right to any future claims or action against you for non-delivery under the above mentioned B/L Way Bill. Mumbai
