    Rules & Regulations For the selected candidates for the Paper Presentation event at EKATHRA 2013

    1. All the participants should send their contact numbers, full names, email ids & college name of all the participants, along with the name of their paper and the registration ids in a .doc file to mechanicalevents@gvpce.ac.in before 28 Feb. 2. All the participants have to prepare a Power Point Presentation which should be enough for maximum 8 minutes. 3. All the participants should also bring a copy of their complete research paper which should be in IEEE format. 4. All the participants should bring 2 hard copies of their power point presentations and 1 soft copy. 5. They should submit their hard copies at the registration desks and once the submission is done no modifications should be done. If modification is done to the ppt the organizers should be informed otherwise this may lead to their direct disqualification. 6. The organizers have all the right to change the stream of the participant according to their will. 7. All the participants should be present at the venue at least 15 minutes before starting of the event.

    8. All the participants should bring a Xerox of their college id cards and submit them with their hard copies at the registration desk along with their hard copies of their ppts.
