    On Friday, July 12th at about 8:47 a.m. Southampton Town Police arrested DOROTHY GUTHRIE, age 42 of Speonk and charged her with Felony Driving While Intoxicated. GUTHRIE was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Cypress Avenue in Flanders and investigating officers found her to be intoxicated. The felony charge is based upon a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years. She is additionally charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation First Degree, also a felony. GUTHRIE was arraigned in Southampton Town Justice Court and remanded to the Suffolk County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
