HARVEST HOUSE BOOK SELECTED AS 2011 CAROL AWARD FINALIST

Eugene, OregonJuly 20, 2011 Harvest House Publishers is pleased to announce that author Hilary Manton Lodges Plain Jayne has been named as a finalist in the Long Contemporary Romance category in the American Christian Fiction Writers 2011 Carol Awards. In a press conference hosted by ACFW and the Christian Booksellers Association at this years International Christian Retail Show, ACFW proudly announced the finalists for the Carol Awards, including Plain Jayne by Hilary Manton Lodge. The Carol Awards seek to honor the highest achievement for published authors of Christian fiction. Plain Jayne is part of the Plain and Simple Collection and follows newspaper reporter Jayne Tate as she escapes to Oregon Amish country, seeking solace and maybe a big story.
