During the Problem Solving Process, the use of the Ishikawa diagram,(Fishbone diagram) helps focus the teams. However as with continuous improvement I am always looking to improve and adapt the process we all use to take account of the people I am training/developing. On that note its important to recognise that different people respond to different methods, this is one of them.
