    Weekly Outline:
    Activity session subject : Prepositions (4/4) Vocabulary: Preposition; in, on, under, behind, in front, beside, under it, over it, through it Grammar focus; My... (book) is under the (chair) The (pencil) in front of the (bag). Activities / songs / games: Worksheets & activities; TPR and teacher says, we will practice our colours and we will play a game where teacher says touch something green and students must each be touching a green object. We will read the animated story book, were going on a bear hunt and then watch the accommodating DVD. Games; Prepositions game with chairs, pencils, bag, etc. We will play a game pretending to be the children in the bear hunt story a few students will get to be the bear and make growling sounds.

    Phonics This week we will continue our review of all the phonics sounds using jolly phonics and playing phonics based games. As well as doing our writing practice book.

    Review This week we will review

    Notes / parent follow up: Help your child practice the target vocabulary and grammar at home. Make sure they answer in a full sentence and try to make them speak as loudly and clearly as possible. We are getting used to writing our names on each worksheet or craft we make, it would be very useful to practice writing your childs name with him/her.
