15. The site contained no rare, threatened, or endangered species
during feld visits, and an environmental request was sent to the
Maryland Department of Natural Resources on November 9, 2010.
16. The site contains no historical or cultural features within 100 feet of
the site, per the approved and adopted 2010 White Flint Sector Plan.
17. The property is to be served by public water &sewer systems. The
property is presently classifed in Water & Sewer Category W-1, S-1
found on W.S.S.C. 214nw5 &215nw5.
18. Development is in accordance with the CR-Zone Standards 59-C-15
&in accordance with theApril 2010 approved White Flint Sector
Plan.
19. The locations of existing underground utilities are approximate
locations as per available utility company records. The exact loca-
tion of all underground utilities should be verifed by Miss Utility
