AMENDMENTS TO DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 73, SERIES OF 1998, ACCREDITATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF DPWH PROJECT ENGINEERS AND INSPECTORS

To be consistent with Department Order No. 24, Series of 2007, Amended Omnibus Levels of Authorities of Officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways, Department Order No. 73, Series of 1998, is hereby amended as tollows: 3.0 Criteria for Assignment of Project EngineerslInspectors Projects to DPWH

3.1 The head of the implementing office shall assign Project Engineers and Inspectors within his area of jurisdiction, subject to the following limitations of assignment. Classitication PE III PE II No limit Projects being implemented simultaneously do not exceed IlSO M in cost Projects being implemented simultaneously do not exceed Il20 M in cost Limits of Assignment

PE I

Except for the above amendments, other provisions of Department Order No. 73, Series of 1998 shall remain in force. This Department Order takes effect immediately.
