Need to do a preparation

Good in interpreting and analyzing the message

Could give good reaction to the message.

It reflects the way the teacher think

Idea is accepted, understand and have response

Teacher role will be less effective

Same syllabus, same material; where there are still have differences in pupils achievement?

Difference ethnics in the classroom

Issues: Teacher do not master the communication skills

Teacher need to be sensitive about it.

The verbal and non-verbal communication

Good in delivering and explaining the facts

It will determine whether the objective is achievable or not.

Based on Woolfolk (2001 : 55) :

Teacher will be able to keep pupils interest and develop their ability; realize the learning environment of pupils.

Based on Vygotsky (1986) :

Teacher role to deliver knowledge, reminder or reinforcement; pupils centered activity. Role occur if teacher able to communicate effectively.

Mould the people into a perfect human follows the religion , family , society and country expectation.

Conduct activities that influence social relationship among pupils. Teacher need to have excellent communication skills.

Understanding the differentiation among ethnics group.
