POSTING OF VACANT POSITION IN THE VISMIN GROUP Officer IV (Branch Manager)/SG 26 Item No. 31400 Davao Branch Office Mindanao Office, VisMin Group QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education Training Experience Eligibility : : : : Masters degree 120 hours of managerial training 5 years of supervisory experience Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility for second level position Responsible for the over-all supervision of the branches activities pertaining to sending of billing and collection notices, error free posting of remittances of agencies to the individual accounts of members, agency and individual reconciliation and timely dispensation of benefits and loan proceeds of members from said agencies as well as keeping members informed on the new GSIS programs, policies and procedures.

Should possess the ability to communicate effectively; knowledge in SAP modules such as (CD, CML, CPAS, FIS) and other computer software packages including MS Word, Power point, Outlook, Excel, etc., shall be given priority. Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the job; critical / logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills; communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
