Stop the building of a block of flats on the old Bishops Hardware site
Did you know? That a London Property Developer has put in for Planning Permission to build a block of flats on the old Bishop Hardware site. Did you know? The plan would see a block with 29 one & two bedroom flats built. Did you know? That the flats would be a massive three storey building. Did you know? The plan has only one parking space for each flat. Did you know? Access to the site will be via both Villa Place & Cambridge Road. Did you know? You only have until Wednesday 24th July to let the Council know you dont like the plans.

You can put anything you like in your letter, however the following list highlights material objections the Council will consider when deciding the planning application. These include: Overdevelopment of the site Unacceptably high density Effect on the character of the neighborhood Out-of-scale or out of character with the area Overlooking other properties Loss of privacy Design of the building Noise and Disturbance Goes against the New Local Plan recently consulted on Visual impact Over-bearing Highway safety /Parking
