Recipe of Butter Chicken Ingredient Name Unit Quantity

butter 100 grams

cashewnuts 4 pieces coriander leaves springs 1 coriander pdr tbsp 1 Crushed fenugreek leaves tsp 1/2 cumin seeds tsp 1/2 Fresh cream ml 100 Ginger garlic paste tsp 1

green chillies slice 2 oil tbsp 2 onion number 1 Raw chicken slices grams 500 Red chilli powder tsp 1 Red chilli powder tsp 1 Salt to taste 1 Sugar tsp 1/2 Tomato

Directions | How to make Butter Chicken

cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chillipdr and shallow fry in oil and set aside

to the leftover oil add ,cumin,onion,ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashewand other spices and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up

put it in a blender and add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken and cook for few more minutes

tomato ketchup is optional and usually use in 2 min butter chicken which i will show in near future
