    Preparing Future Leaders for the Lasallian Mission in PARC GUIDELINES FOR CASE STUDIES

    1. Identify a secretary for the group. 2. List down all the issues that the case raises. Adopt a brainstorming mode in this initial phase. Welcome different perspectives on the case. 3. From the list of issues raised, select one issue that you will focus on as a group. State as clearly as possible, the problem that needs to be addressed. 4. Identify probable causes and effects of the problem. 5. Propose different ways of responding to the problem. From among these approaches, select one or two which are most likely to address the problem adequately. Use this as an opportunity to share best practices. 6. Individually reflect on an insight that you have gained from the group discussion. 7. Assign a reporter for the group.
