Client Release Form

Clients Name _____________________________________________ Terms and Conditions:

1. Deposit is non-refundable, Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, sickness, equipment malfunction or other. If this is a wedding contract I state that if Photographer has to cancel for any of the above reasons a full refund will be made. 2. Proof photographs shall be delivered to client within 2 weeks from shoot date. 3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The photographer is not responsible for photographs not taken as a result of clients failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. 4. Photographer retains all rights to all photographs in connections with this service. Photographer grants Client non-exclusive right to use and or reproduce photographs for personal use only. Client agrees that he she may not use any images for commercial or editorial purposes or enter any images into competition without express written permission of the Photographer. 5. Client hereby grants to Photographer all rights to reproduce, use, display, and distribute photographs in connection with this service. This gives me permission to use you in promotional material, advertising, and more. 6. Client acknowledges and agrees that Photographer shall have no liability to Client relating to this Contract or the Services. 7. Client agrees that no images shall be used on ANY web site without a watermarked image provided by Photographer. 8. Client is at least 18 years of age and competent to execute this Contract and understands the terms and conditions.
