I will use research and collected data to analyze factors important to the school and stakeholders while promoting respectful and productive relationships among school and community.

Reflection Conducting a summative assessment of systems for promoting positive behavior in schools has given me the opportunity to learn about program evaluations and the evaluation process. Overcoming challenges in an urban school setting takes an unrelenting leader who works at developing a vision and takes action to see it through. As I continue to read about what leaders are doing in schools I begin to fill my toolkit of ideas and best practices that I can use when necessary as a school administrator.
