RULES
All USAC rules apply. Helmets are mandatory. The course will NOT be closed to auto traffic; the yellow line rule will be enforced. The first rider will depart at 9:00 a.m. Subsequent riders will depart at 30-second intervals. All riders must check in, sign the release and pick up numbers before 8:30 a.m.

START ORDER
Citizen racers first, Women Cat 4 racers, Women Cat 1/2/3 racers, Men Cat 5 racers, Men Cat 4 racers, Men Cat 3 racers and Men Cat 1/2 racers last. Within race category, order is determined by preregistration.

PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-register at www.allsportcentral.com before Thursday, July 25, 2013. Fee is $30 for USAC-licensed riders, $20 for citizen riders. On-site registration fee is $35 for USAC licensed riders, $25 for citizen. One-day USAC licenses will be available onsite for an additional fee.

DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION

Open at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 and will be located at the Crooks Community Center 701 S Western Ave, Crooks, SD, 57020. Registration closes at 8:30 a.m. The first rider will depart at 9 a.m.

PRIZES & AWARD CEREMONY

Medals to top 3 per category (citizen category not eligible for state medals). Prize list of $320 total to the fastest 3 men and 3 women of any category (citizen category not eligible for prize award). Held near the registration area 15 minutes after race results have been posted. Raffle winner must be present to win.

COURSE
The time trial is a 40K circuit course beginning approximately 2 miles from Crooks Community Center south on 258th Street (Renner Road). Riders will ride south ~4.25K on 258th Street turn right or north on 464th Avenue and ride ~7.5K then turn right or east on 250th Street and ride ~3K then turn right or south on 467th Avenue and ride ~5.5K where road will bend to the east follow road ~1k and turn right or south onto 468th Avenue ~2K turning left or east returning to start area for finish.
