    Roommates / Spouse/ Partner: ____________________________________________ ______________________________ If you, anyone acting on your behalf, or anyone on whose behalf you are acting rents an apartment to which Charles Rutenberg LLC has directed you within a six (6) month period from the date of this agreement, or if you rent an apartment in a building to which Charles Rutenberg LLC has directed you, whether or not you saw the specic apartment with Charles Rutenberg LLC, then in either event you agree to pay Charles Rutenberg LLC a commission of:

    RENTAL TERMS
    Fewer than 2 months 2 months and up to 6 months 6 months and up to 1 year 1 year or more

    COMMISSION

    The commission is payable at the time that the offer is accepted and all the clients listed above are jointly and severally obligated. Commission may be paid in cash or cash equivalent, by certied check, or by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. In the event that you, anyone acting on your behalf, or anyone on whose behalf you are acting purchases a property to which Charles Rutenberg LLC has directed you, you will pay CharlesRutenberg LLC a sales commission of _____ of the total purchase price of the property at the time of the closing unless that sales commission is paid to Charles Rutenberg LLC by the seller of the property. It is agreed that any dispute concerning this agreement must be submitted to a Binding Arbitration Association pursuant to the terms and conditions dictated by the Real Estate Board of New York.

    If legal action has to be taken to collect the above-stated commission or any balance thereof, then the undersigned will be liable for the attorneys fees in addition to the commission date.
