Thc ung ch yu l c ph v phc v nhng loi thc ung khc, thm ch l c thc n. V d in hnh ca hnh thc ny l Highland Coffee, h thng cc qun nhng quyn ca Trung Nguyn, Glorila Coffee Bean o Qun c ph trang tr theo phong cch: y l hnh thc rt ph bin ti cc thnh ph ln ca Vit Nam.
