    Dear Mr. Marcus:

    This supplements our prior response to the letter from the Chair and Vice Chair of the
    Commission to the Attorney General, dated August 19,2003, and your follow up memorandum
    to Faith Burton, dated August 26, 2003.

    Our response to the Commission's Document Request No. 4 was completed with our
    letter, dated September 23, 2003. We have completed our review of the remaining documents
    that we have identified as responsive to Request No. 2 and they will be available next week.
