To answer the research question, there are a number of methodologies available for the researcher and the most

important is the determination of the study to be either qualitative or quantitative which are briefly discussed below.
4.1.1. Quantitative Methods

In the researchers conducted based on the quantitative approaches, the results obtained are in the form of numbers which could be statistically analyzed and the process need a standard procedure to be followed and the analysis and the reporting must also be according to the standards (Dellinger and Leech, 2007). The process standardization would facilitate the objectivity development and this type of studies could be used to compare different subgroups through the statistical evaluations that are facilitated by this approach. The general sequence for this method is as follows: Observe Tabulate Summarize Analyze Conclude (Anderson, 2006)
4.1.2. Qualitative Methods

The qualitative research presents the understanding of the population about the particular aspects which are not possible to be evaluated through the quantitative approach. The subject under study is observed and reported in its nature environment to produce data that is non-biased and describes the qualities. The structured and non structured interviews are the methods applied in this type of study. The general sequence for this study could be described as (Anderson, 2006) Observe Record interviews

Interpret More observations Theorize Conclude
