GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS FOR UNDER GOING INPLANT TRAINING

1. Application of the student should be duly forwarded by the head of the institute. 2. A fee of Rs. 563/- (Per Month), Per Student for In-Plant Training, is payable to BHEL, by a Demand Draft payable to BHEL- ELECTRONICS DIVISION from any Nationalized Bank. However for students belonging to SC/ST Community the fees payable will be Rs. 283/- Per Month, per student. The student has to submit a Copy of Caste Certificate. 3. No fees are charged from Employee Wards. Such Students should submit a Copy of Employees Identity Card along with their request for training. 4. On Receipt of the letter of acceptance/ conformation from BHEL, student may report on the specified date along with Two Stamp Sized Recent Photographs and DD of Relevant Fees. 5. After Completion of the In-Plant Training, a Work Dairy/ Training Report/ Feedback has to be prepared & submitted for evaluation to HRD Department. Certificate is issued on receipt of the same. 6. No stipend is payable to the students. No Accommodation/ Transport/ Boarding will be provided by BHEL.

7. During the In-Plant Training/ Project Training, students are not supposed to bring any Electronic Gadgets/ Mobile Phones/ Cameras/ CDs/ Pen Drives etc. inside Factory Premises. 8. While in BHEL, Students are expected to compile with Dress Code Saree/Salwar suits for Girl students & Trousers/Shirt for Males. 9. Students are strictly abide by the Company Rules & Regulation.
