Task 1

Please give the list of schools/colleges/civil service institutions/ defense institutions that you intend to target along with contact details (at least 5). Make sure to get the right details. If selected, you would be pitching to the institutes listed by you. (Preference will be given to candidates focusing on defense institutions as they participate in large numbers). Candidates having overlap will not be considered for the next round.

Task 2
How would you pitch the event to the institutes mentioned above in 1? What would be your value proposition to them so that they participate in large numbers? Please be precise.

Task 3
The participation team would be responsible for managing the participants once they finish the race. Experience of previous years suggests that it is difficult to manage such a large (and tired) crowd as they have nothing to do here. We plan to conduct events and set up stalls on campus to keep them occupied. In this context, what events do you propose we conduct and what will be the target groups for those events? (E.g., a seminar for college students)
