Once the date of the campus interviews is finalized, we would be sending out a detailed resume submission process and a standard resume format to all applicants to enable them to register with us. Once the shortlist has been finalized, we would let the campus know and follow the same with personalized emails to all candidates. For those students who would be a part of our shortlist at campus, we would be sending out a Interview Preparation pack closer to the date of the interviews Interview Process: Prior to the actual interviews on campus, an assorted team of people from our office would hold events of the nature of a PPT or an informal dinner to give us a chance to interact with the students. During the actual in-person interviews, the first round typically would consist of 2 interviews. Those shortlisted at the first round will have 2-3 further interviews. Each interview is expected to last approximately 40 minutes with a mix of a case study to solve and a few minutes focussing on personal experience. Salary Details Last years starting compensation was Rs.7 lakh per annum. McKinsey will ensure that it continues to be competitive vis--vis other India based offers.
