Subject: Provide us a new parts in exchange of defective parts of air condition unit, This is with respect to air condition

units purchased at various capacity and quantity from your company carrier almost 4 to 5 years back beside that some of the a/c units have been installed at residential buildings and others are still at (O/M) ware house The problem what we are facing now that the install air condition units have developed various fault as result parts has been damaged ; Since, we have never claimed any replacement of parts, during the guarantee period, so what we are asking that provide us new parts in exchange of defective parts. This is with regards to a large number of a/c units of Carrier company bought by us for the purpose of installation at Dhahran air base, residential buildings etc. All these a/c units are of varied capacity and were purchased 4 5 years back. The problem we are facing now is that the installed units have developed various kinds of faults as a result the a/c units have become defective. Since we never claimed any replacement of parts during the guarantee period, we would like to know if these faulty a/c unit parts would be replaced by your company i.e. Carrier now. We request that you please do revert back to us with your suggestion or options that are available to us regarding replacement of Carrier a/c units. Thanks and regards,
