That the petitioner No. 1 has earlier filed writ petition No. 408 (Consolidation of 2013 which was dismissed as withdrawn. That this is the first writ petition being filed by the other petitioners in this Honble High Court on the

present facts and circumstances, no other writ petition, application 2. or case is filed by other petitioners in this Honble High Court of judicature at Allahabad or Lucknow Bench against the present cause of action for the above named petitioner. The petitioner further declares that he has not received any notice, information or any copy of caveat by registered post or otherwise from any of the opposite parties or from any other source.
