    SUBJECT : GENERAL MEETING

    In line with the upcoming 75th Foundation Day of our beloved Alma Mater, Bacolod Tay
    Tung High School, I want to ask for your presence on May 25, 2009, Monday at 8 in the
    morning. We’ll be meeting in front of the alumni hall.

    The agenda to be taken up are the following:


    • RE-ELECTION OF ORGANIZATION OFFICERS
    • 75TH ALUMNI HOMECOMING
    • ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP
    • FOUNDING OF THE NEW ORGANIZATION
    • RE-UNIONS
    • WEBPAGE

    Moreover, bring 2 1x1 pictures and a PhP 50.00 contribution as a starting money for our
    new account. Just come in your casual attire. A lunch will follow after the meeting,
    maybe we’ll have it in Jollibee Libertad (you just have to pay for your own meal).

    I need your positive response to have a successful meeting. Attendance is a must and
    more detailed information with regard to those abovementioned agenda will be given.
