Acknowledgement

First of all I would like to acknowledge the management of Lovely Professional University who has designed the course structure of B.tech(hons.)-M.tech(dual degree)-M.E in such an efficient way that it utilizes the leisure time of students meanwhile summer vacations in productive training schedules.

I am extremely thankful to Prof. Gurpreet Singh Phull, HOS, School of Mechanical Engineering, Lovely Professional University Jallandhar, for valuable suggestions and encouragement.
Next, I would like to acknowledge my training coordinator Mr. Sushil Kumar (School of Mechanical engineering & Design-M1, LPU) who allowed me to opt the company of my choice and provided me the opportunity to get the knowledge. Next, here comes the turn of Human Resource Department of New Swan Enterprises, Ludhiana who approved my training proposal and accepted me as trainee engineer in their esteemed organization. Next, I would acknowledge Mr. Harvinder Singh who planned my training schedule in modular form such that I was able to learn through various departments of the company. Next acknowledgement goes to the HODs, Engineers, and Junior Engineers who helped me learning various on site processes. They helped me learning to cope up from daily problems in the industries and enriched me with leadership and teamwork qualities. Last but not the least, the acknowledgement goes to the huge workforce of the company; which not only helped me collecting knowledge but assisted in many ways. I learnt a lot from the personal experiences of the workforces there in the company. The companys environment is acknowledgeable indeed.
