1. INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE BASED REWARDS: (a) Performance pay (pp)Potential to earn upto maximum of 30% of annual base pay. OR (b) Sales / service incentive scheme (SIS) as decided &declared by the division for the respective financial year and subject to review from time to time. The design & disbursement of the said SIS payout is totally at the discretion of the management and binding on the employee 2. EVA based rewards: (a) Team EVA award: given on the basis of business performance for all employees who are part of the business. (b) Individual discretionary EVA award: given to employees for exceptional performance in the business during the respective financial year.

PERKS & BENEFITS Mobile phone expense reimbursement: this is acceptable to the employee in field sale/ service functions and in their job requires. The reimbursement limit is Rs. 16,000/- pre annum against submission of bills as per the mobile phone policy of the company. The same is subject to review from time to time at discretion of the management. Two wheeler allowance: Rs. 18,000/- per annum: this is applicable to employees who are in field sales/ service functions and if their job requires regular and incentive travelling as pre the companys policy. The same is subject to review from time to time at the discretion of the management. NOTE: You will be eligible for leave travel allowance (LTA) upon your conformation and upon completion of one year in service. To avail LTA, taking minimum four days privilege leave is mandatory.
