ROUTE: MRT to Chinatown or Tanjong Pagar then walk

2. Chicken rice near TK church Ask the church members to guide you where it is (Mel should remember) Also must have the MEE GORENG near church

Bak Chor Mee


1. Block 85 Markets Bedok North Cnr Bedok North Rd and Bedok North Ave 4 (Also has good oyster omelette, fried carrot cake, bbq chicken wings, fried kway teow)

ROUTE: 1. Taxi is the best. 2. Bus 17 from Bedok MRT (about 5 stops) 3. Walk from Tanah Merah MRT

Chilli Crab
1. Jumbo Seafood Restaurant 30 Merchant Road, Singapore

ROUTE: Walk from Clarke Quay MRT (Mel knows where)

Arguably not the best but its very accessible. Jumbo franchised chilli crab to the world.

Marutama Ramen has nice ramen (must have the egg and char siew) The Central shopping centre at Clarke Quay. #03-90

Salted Egg Crab


1. Lau Pa Sat (aka Telok Ayer Market) 18 Raffles Quay, Singapore

ROUTE: Walk from Raffles Place MRT The seafood stores are beside the road At night the road is closed and they open tables on the road itself. Satay is cooked along roadside

(Also should order stingray)

Black Pepper Crab


1. Eng Seng Restaurant 241 Joo Chiat Pl, Singapore ROUTE: Near TK Church (you can see it on the map)

Lao Ban Soya Beancurd


1. Old Airport Road Food Centre 19 Old Airport Rd, Singapore ROUTE: Walk from Dakota MRT

NOTE: One of the Largest Hawker Centres in singapore (Also has won ton noodles, hokkien mee, fried carrot cake, oyster omelette, durian puffs)

Bah Kut Teh


1. Song Fa Bak Kut The 11 New Bridge Rd, Singapore ROUTE: Clarke Quay MRT Mel knows where this is too
