Planned Mission Profile The planned mission profile for our ground test began with giving out jobs. The inclinometer operators were stationed 200 feet in either direction of the launch site. Then, the rockets were loaded on the launch pad and launched into the air. The goal was to have the longest flight time, which would have been achieved by having the most powerful power ascent stage coupled with the perfect timing of the ejection charge. Ideally, the ejection charge would release the parachute at the max altitude. Then, the rocket would descend slowly and then be recovered. The best rocket of this team belonged to Alex. He reached his maximum altitude approximately 3.5 seconds after launch. The first inclinometer read a pitch and yaw angle of 36 degrees, while the second inclinometer got a reading of 66 degrees for the pitch angle, and -20 degrees for the yaw angle. In total, Alexs rocket had a flight time of 36 seconds. His rocket was recovered 234 feet from the launch site.
