Conclusions
The retail outlets are the face of marketing companies for general masses. Masses form an image about the
company , based on their experience of facilities and services at the retail outlet while purchasing fuel for their
vehicles. The facilities and ambience of RO play a very important role in attracting a customer to a particular
retail outlet. The project department plays a very important role in planning and development of facilities . The
need of the hour is to continuously innovate and upgrade our process so as to take first mover advantage in
transforming the process of petro retailing in India.
