Buyer Experience - Implementation

I implemented a program of work to establish and study the flow of a buyer as they utilise the Trading Post website. From this program we can then apply analytics and measure the success/ failure as the user interacts with our site. I then was able to accurately forecast and meet business objectives through measuring traffic statistics on a weekly basis. 1. I started by creating a group personas based on demographics determined by marketing.

2. We took these personas and applied them to the buyer lifecycle determining how Trading Post can/does support these users throughout the cycle.

3. From the Task Analysis I determined the user flow as it pertains solely to the site.

4. Finally wireframes were designed and mapped out utilising the above diagram to visualise
the flow including entry & exit points.

Online & Mobile Digital Advertising Booking Prototype

The Trading Post sales team needed an online & Mobile digital advertising site that could be utilised to calculate quotes create proposals and submit booking forms. This site contains a variety of digital display products available for estimation, which currently exists as printed collateral that is then manually then signed and faxed to head office. I designed the mobile site with smart phone and touch screen best practice to ensure the design was accessible from iPhone, Blackberry, as well as legacy smart phones. Mobile and web wireframes were created in AxureRP Pro to present the prototype in HTML; as it would interact with each touch or click.

Telstra Home Manager Integration

Trading Post site requires a new format for the upcoming release of Telstras home Wifi device. I was tasked with gathering the Business Requirements, determining functionality and creating a prototype to present to the MD for sign-off. As screen area was a key consideration, it was important to determine and agree the Share of Real Estate, Key Assumptions and the must have and nice to have functionality on each page of the site. All was determined and presented prior to development of the prototype. HOME PAGE
