For Jointly operated accounts with (either or Survivor) mode of operation, all signatories to the account are required to sign this letter. Any change request in profile/contact details of an applicant should be accompanied with documentary evidence e.g For a contact number change, documentary evidence can be in the form of a copy of a phone bill with the new number in your name OR if the name on the phone bill differs from your given name, then proof of ownership of your residence or a copy of your tenancy agreement to which the phone bill was sent would suffice. No profile change or updation requests will be entertained without a valid User Id and customer signature on the change request form.
