Dear Parents / Guardians, On Friday 30th August 2013, we will be we will be going to Canberra to ZONE 3 laser Tag and Westfield shopping centre in Belconnen, ACT. We plan to leave Cooma from Snowy-Monaro AOG Church at 5:30pm. We plan to return by 11:30pm. The cost for the ZONE 3 games and fuel will be $20. The young people will need to bring extra money for dinner and any shopping they want to do. Young people can be picked up by parents at the church at 11:30pm. If requested, rides will be available to take young people home with in Cooma. Let us know as soon as possible if you are coming SEATS ARE LIMITED! Notes and money need be handed in by Friday Night 23rd August 2013.

With the acceptance of this application, I agree that if during ANY part of the above event urgent attention is required by my child/ren, I authorize the leader in charge to take such action as may be necessary and I agree to indemnify NRG and SMAOG and its authorized officials from ALL Responsibility and expenses.
