Maintenance of Dock Leveller

Open Roller Shuttle Put Isolator to "ON" position Pull out Red colour "Deck Stop" button ( To close the Hydraulic valve ) Switch Key switch to "Engage" and "De-engage" ( To Test the Engagement Lock ) Test the Dock Leveller before servicing : (1) Switch Key switch to "Override" (2) Press and hold the Black colour "Raise" button until dock leveller reach the highest limit ( To raise the dock leveller to highest limit ) (3) Press down Red colour "Deck Stop" button ( To lower the dock leveller to lowest limit ) (4) To park the dock leveller : (1) Pull out "Deck Stop" button (2) Press and hold the "Raise" button until dock leveller is above the level limit (3) Press down the "Deck Stop" button to park the dock leveller Maintenance of dock leveller : (1) Switch Key switch to "Override" (2) Pull out "Deck Stop" button (3) Press and hold "Raise" button until dock leveller reach the highest limit (4) Place the stopper bar at the base of dock leveller (5) Press down the "Deck Stop" button for the dock leveller to stop properly at stopper bar (6) Switch Key switch to "De-engage" and Lock-out at Isolator (7) Grease the Engagement Lock (8) Spray contact cleaner at all the joints (9) Clean the base of dock leveller After Servicing of dock Leveller : (1) Put Isolator to "ON" position (2) Pull out "Deck Stop" button (3) Switch Key switch to "Override" (4) Press and hold "Raise" button until dock leveller reach the highest limit (5) Remove the stopper bar from the base of dock leveller (6) Press down the "Deck Stop" button for the dock leveller to the lowest limit (7) Pull out "Deck Stop" button (8) Press and hold the "Raise" button until dock leveller is above the level limit (9) Press down the "Deck Stop" button to park the dock leveller (10) Switch Key switch to "De-engage" (11) Put Isolator to "OFF" position (12) Close the Roller Shuttle
