    Cranial CT SCAN No evidence of mass lesion: acute hemorrhage (volume 13.6 ml) is seen at the right involving the thalamus, capsuloganlionic region and claustrum. No extraxial fluid or blood is seen. Orbitis petronastoids, sella tursica, included sinuses and body calvatrium intact.

    Impression: Right sided hemorrhage, as described above Subfalcine herniation to the left. Intraventicular hemorrhages and hydrocephalus
