Human Resource and Payroll Management System

Human Resource Management System is software application that combines many human resources functions, including promotions, transfers, payroll, recruiting, training, performance analysis and review.

There are two subsystems that work under this system: Employee Management System Employee Payroll System

Employee Management System

This system will maintain the complete record of each employee working in the organization.

Each employee will have its own personal file that will maintain the whole information of the employee including its course details and experience.

The System will have the following features:

Profile of the employee Department, Designation, Grade, Net salary Status of employee (i.e. Permanent or contract based)

Employee Payroll System

In a company payroll is the sum of financial records of salaries, wages, bonuses and deductions.

System will have the following features: Basic salary Allowances Loans/Advance salaries Recovery
