Beginning of Success
It started with a dream Auch Construction was founded in 1908 By George W. Auch. We are currently located in Pontiac, Michigan and we pride ourselves on providing quality service that accommodates the needs of each of our clients. Our attention to detail and customer service has resulted in 98% repeat business. In the past we have worked with medical centers, churches and educational institutions that service Kindergarten thru high school students. Founder George W. Auch left his career as a teacher to pursue his dream of owning his own construction business. George W. Auch made it his mission to include trust and individuality when assessing and addressing the needs of his clients. This commitment to offering superb quality has played an integral part in the 105 year success that Auch Construction has maintained since the days of our modest beginning.

Safety
Its important At Auch we are committed to the safety of all of our workers, contractors and tradespeople. With so much of our work being performed in occupied buildings we must also be vigilant in maintaining a safe environment for students, patients, residents, teachers, nurses; anybody that comes in contact with our work sites. Our site superintendents are our first line of defense and with their continual safety training these individuals have developed safe habits and their daily review of activities ensure a safe site. We have found that proper planning and strong communication are key elements in achieving our goals of an accident free workplace. The effectiveness of the Auch Safety program is demonstrated by our low EMR and several industry safety awards.

Vincent Deleonardis took over as CEO of Auch Construction in 2007. Deleonardis background professional background includes working as a project manager, a project engineer and a civil engineer. When he is not being a great president to a great company, he Deleornardis enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Auch in the Community We at Auch Construction care about providing great customer service along with an affordable budget. We are currently looking to increase our involvement in community-based projects. Auch Construction currently provides scholarships through Oakland Community College. We want to further progress our involvement by engaging in one community-based project per year.
