    There are five tracks for the paper/poster presentation event: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and communication, Computer/Information technology, and civil. Teams of up to three participants can present recent trends or new ideas in their respective engineering field. Those giving paper presentations must submit their PowerPoint files via email and USB/CD beforehand. Poster presenters must use A1 or A2 size sheets and will have 8 minutes for their presentation. Participants could be disqualified for improper conduct, and judges' decisions are final.

    Paper/ poster Presentation Rules

    There are five tracks in this event. These are Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and communication, Computer/ Information technology, civil. The recent trend or new thoughts in respective engineering and technology is the subject for respective track. Maximum three participants are allowed in a team. Selected participants for paper presentation have to bring their power point presentations in a pen drive and cd and send by email also. For poster presentations, participants have to bring poster using A1 or A2 size sheet. (Poster can be made by any tools). All the participants have to submit their paper before one day of presentation. For each participant,8 minutes time will be given for paper/ poster presentation Organizing committee has a right to disqualify a participant in case of any indiscipline. Decision of judges shall be final and it will be binding to all.
