1. Phn quyn qun l server Exchange cho user gv1 Ti server EX m Active Directory Users and Computers | click Microsoft Exchange Security Groups | click phi ln Server Management chn Properties

Trong hp thoi Select Users, Contacts, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups g gv1di trong Enter the object names to select(examples) | click Check Names | click OK

2. Cu hnh quyn qun l mailbox, group cho user gv1 Ti server Exchange m Exchange Management Shell v g lnh bn di New-RoleGroup Name SupportDesk roles Mail Recipients, Mail Recipient Creation, Distribution Groups | nhn Enter

M Exchange Management Console | chn Toolbox | Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

3. Kim tra sau khi cu hnh Ti server EX m Internet Explorer truy cp trang website https://ex.hoasen.local/ecp ng nhp vi ti khon hoasen.local\gv1 trong phn Mailboxes click sv1 sau click Details

Trong phn Organization nhp thng tin Sinhvien vo Department | click Save

Click Public Groups chn nhm Sinhvien v click Details

Trong phn Description nhp Sinhvien | click Save

Sau khi chnh sa maibox v public groups th ta thy rng qu trnh chnh sa thng tin khng gp li bt k li no. n y ta c th kt lun qu trnh cu hnh v phn quyn cho cc user ph hp theo yu cu a ra.
