Defining QWL
QWL

The quality of relationship between employees and the total working environment. It as a process which responds to employee needs for developing mechanisms to allow them to share decision making process that design their lives.

Two Different Perceptions of QWL:

- It refers to the set of objective organizational conditions and practices.


- The employees perception that they are safe,

satisfied with reasonable work life balance.

- Therefore it relates to full range of human

needs met.
