My Nilaga Ingredients 1 kilo of pork (kasim or pigue part) 4 (medium sized) chopped onions 4 big potatoes, cut into

cut into 4 parts each 4 cups of squash 1 whole cabbage, chopped 4 teaspoons of fish sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 5 cups of water

Directions . In a big pot, boil the water then add the onions. Add the pork and boil for 20 minutes. Combine the squash and potatoes and let it boil for 5 mins. Add the chopped cabbage and leave it for 1 minute. Add the fish sauce to taste. Add salt and pepper as necessary. Ready to serve.
