My Sinigang Ingredients 1 kilo of pork (kasim or pigue part) 4 (medium sized) chopped onions 4 pcs of fresh tomatoes 10 pcs

oes 10 pcs okra 1 pc radish/labanos 3 pcs of small taro 1 pack of Knorr sinigang mix with gabi/taro 1 bundle of kangkong 3 teaspoons of fish sauce 1 teaspoon salt

Directions . In a big pot, boil the water then add the onions and tomatoes. Add the pork and boil for 20 minutes. Combine the radish, taro and let it boil for 5 mins. Pour the sinigang mix Add the okra leave it for 1 minute. Add the fish sauce to taste and salt if necessary. Ready to serve.
