4 Bull Street

4 Bull Street was constructed in 1907. This two-and-a-half story, wood, late-Queen Anne house was built as a rental property. 2, 4, 6, and 8 Bull Street were all built by E.M. Hacker. All four houses are basically identical and have been dubbed the four sisters (Poston). The College of Charleston Foundation purchased this house from Henry Yaschik on October 25, 1972 for $15,000. This house is currently used as a student residence for the College.
