    Description As an extension to our youth program, Attawheed Islamic Center (AIC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Islamic Studies classes, every Friday during family nights. The classes are free and open to children ages 8-12. Registration is required. Every Family Friday night starting Friday, August 23rd Free Register at: http://www.attawheed.org/islamicstudies/register.html Children ages 8-12 (grades 3-7) Maghrib - Isha (session length: 30-45 minutes)
    Introduce students to the core concepts of Taqwa, Aqeeda, and love for Allah & His Messanger. Emphasize and encourage students to be consciousness of their responsibility towards obeying Allah. Instill and inspire students to fulfill their obligation to worship Allah in the manner that is prescribed by Allah and His Messenger. Foster Islamic moral and social characters in students. Nurture spiritual growth and develop God consciousness through the teachings of Islam and the Quran. Provide students with knowledge and understanding of basic history of Islam. Topics including; Seerah of RasulAllah & other prophets, stories of Sahaba.
