    The said activity will be held ONLY on July 1 13, 2013. The forms will be collected on July 13, 5pm. The forms with the information of the masters must have signatures, or else, they will pay the penalty of 20 pesos for every blank. The activity will be for break time only, anyone who interrupts classes will be reported to the PICE
