1. Introduction
From the beginning of humanity, human beings have been gifted
with beautiful feelings, called emotions. The wide variety of
emotions has been influencing peoples life back from ancient
times. (historical examples)

2. Problem statement
Emotional intelligence might influence the success of a hotel
manager career. In order to find out the importance of the
relationship between emotional intelligence and a successful hotel
manager career, we will be using several previous debates, as well
as interpretation of different subjects based on interviews and
questionnaires.
