    BM&F BOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (Company) announces to its shareholders that, as a result of the exercise of certain vested options related to the Company Stock Option Plans, as well as the buyback of Companys shares pursuant to the Buyback Program approved by the Board of Directors on a meeting (Board Meeting) held on June 25, 2013, the amount per share of dividends distributed to shareholders pursuant to a decision of the Board Meeting held on August 8, 2013, has been adjusted to R$0.14694335 from R$0.14675056, previously. The dividends will be paid on September 30, 2013, based on the ownership structure prevailing as of August 21, 2013, such that commencing from August 22, 2013, Companys shares will trade ex-dividends.
