Publication reference: PK-IS-00863 ACF (Action Contre la Faim) is a registered charity, founded in 1979. ACF operates in 37 countries. The international network of ACF is represented in Paris, London, Madrid, New York and Montreal. Teams in the field combat hunger on four fronts: nutrition, food security, health, water and sanitation. ACF - Mission Pakistan intends to award a yearly service Framework Contract for the supply of vehicle rental service in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by institutional and private donors.

1. Description of the service:

Procurement of vehicle rental service for 7 operational sites of Action Against Hunger in Pakistan: Islamabad, Dadu, Jacobabad, Tando Mohamad Khan, Peshawar, Kohat, Timergara to implement humanitarian activities including Water Sanitation & Hygiene, Food Security& Livelihood and Nutrition program. For each location will be required the following set of vehicle: Pick up double cabin 5 seater SUV/7 seater Saloon car (sedan) 5 seater Mini bus 15 seater Each vehicle will be rented with a driver. The estimated quantity of required vehicle is 80 units for all lots and types combined. However the final quantity will be defined and vary by month basis and location.

3. Eligibility:

Participation in tendering is open on equal terms to any natural and legal persons or company having registered offices, registration with Pakistan Government and valid tax registration. Tenderers may submit a tender for a part or the entire lot. Any tenderer may state in its tender that it would offer a discount in the event that its tender is accepted for more than one lot. 8. Tender delivery and fee:

A complete tender dossier will be provided to interested applicant on submission of a written application on their company letter head and a payment of 1,000 Pak Rupees (One Thousand only) against administration fee, which will be non- refundable.

9. Deadline for submission of tenders:

The completed pre-qualification documents with required supporting documents in sealed envelopes stated Tender Dossier No PK-IS-00863 has to be sent before 13th September 2013 at 2:00 pm Pakistan Time. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.

10. Tender validity:

Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders.

11. Contract award principle:

ACF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender

12. Contract date implementation:

The implementation date of the contract is 10 days from signature.
