    PREFACE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    A project usually falls shot of its expectations unless guided by the right person at the right time and good opportunities.Success of a project is an out come of a sincere effort channeled in the rught direction,efficient supervision and most valuable guidance.This project would have not being completed without direct and indirect help and guidance of such luminaries.They provided us with necessary resources and atmosphere for healthy learning and traning. We are indebted to PUNE CHICKEN RESTAURANTS Pvt. Ltd For providing us and opportunity to do this project.This has been a medium of gaining knowledge and experience. We are extremely grateful to Mr. Vikram Kelkar (Area Coach,Pune division) and employees of KFC outlets for their help provided to us. During the project work they have been guiding us constantly and being the constant source of encouragement and support to us.
